Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Easy Money Tracker.
- Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party.
- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.
- Country refers to: Cambodia
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Easy Money Tracker.
- Content refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by You.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Feedback means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the Service.
- Free Trial refers to a limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.
- In-app Purchase refers to the purchase of a product, item, service or Subscription made through the Application.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Subscriptions refer to services offered on a subscription basis.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions.
- Third-party Social Media Service means any services provided by a third party that may be displayed by the Service.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between You and the Company.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part, You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also conditioned on acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Subscription Period
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually).
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the billing period.
If purchased via In-app Purchase, cancellation must be done via the Application Store.
Billing
You must provide accurate billing information.
If automatic billing fails, an invoice will be issued for manual payment.
All In-app Purchase billing is handled by the Application Store.
Fee Changes
We may modify subscription fees. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
For In-app Purchases, refunds follow the Application Store policies.
Free Trial
We may offer a Free Trial. If billing info is provided, charges begin automatically after the trial ends unless cancelled.
In-app Purchases
In-app Purchases:
- Cannot be cancelled after download
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Are handled by the Application Store
If an issue occurs, we will attempt to fix or replace the purchase, or authorize a refund if necessary.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your password
- All activity under your account
You must notify us of any unauthorized access.
Content
Your Right to Post Content
You are responsible for the content you post.
You grant us the right to use and distribute your content within the Service.
Content Restrictions
You may not post:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Spam or malware
- Copyright-infringing material
- Offensive or abusive content
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access.
Content Backups
We do not guarantee data backup integrity. You should maintain your own copies.
Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyright has been violated, contact:

Your Feedback to Us
You grant us full rights to use any feedback without restriction.
Links to Other Websites
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability

- The amount you paid, or
- 100 USD if no payment was made
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
"AS IS" Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia.
Disputes Resolution
You agree to first resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
